Mrs. Frederic has worked in child care for over 15 years. As the founder of Dalton Learning Center and Academy, she often says that Dalton is not her school, rather it belongs to God. Her mission is to raise up citizens for the everlasting Kingdom in excellence and with quality education. The hope is to train them up in the way that they should go so that when they are older they will not depart from it.
My name is Arlenda Davis, and I am the principal at Dalton Learning Academy. I have worked in the Behavioral Sciences and Education fields for over 20 years. Dalton Academy boasts a long tradition of excellence, a tradition in which we aspire to continue. I look forward to working with you and your family in the near future. My name is Abbigail Meer and I am the Director of Dalton Learning Center. I am a proud mother of two
beautiful children; however, my passion for childcare goes beyond my own little ones. My desire is to be able to educate and enrich the lives of all the children that I come across. I entered childcare because of how important early childhood education is. I feel blessed every day to be such an integral part of the foundation that is laid for each and every student that comes through Dalton’s doors.

I have always had an affinity for youth, so much so that at social events you are likely to find me heartily playing with the little people rather than parlaying with those my own age. Although I have years of experience in the teaching field, I find myself constantly learning and growing here at Dalton and I appreciate that. I am so grateful to be a part of the Dalton family; I hope to be a blessing to both these young people and their families during my time here.

I am part of the administrative staff at Dalton Learning Center. I have been with Dalton Family for a little over 3 years and currently am the Office Manager. I can’t wait to meet you!
